Estimated Delivery Time

Same Day Dispatch

Same-day dispatch applies to orders received before 12.00pm (AEST) during business days. Orders received after 12.00pm and on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Orders are dispatched daily from our warehouse in Penrith, Sydney during business hours.

Delivery Fees

Free Delivery for Zima Pro.

A flat fee will be calculated for all the parts Australia wide.

Shipping Carrier

Most parcels are shipped via Australia Post eParcel or StarTrack couriers. Both delivery services are secure and reliable and each parcel carries a barcode with a tracking number allowing us to fully track your parcel.

Tracking of your parcel

You will receive an email with parcel tracking information.

Acceptance of Delivery

A signature will be required on delivery and if you are not home to receive your parcel, a delivery card will be left in your letterbox informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time.

Delivery Time Estimation

Delivery times can vary based on your address, currently the products are shipped from our warehouse in Meadowbrook QLD 4153.

No accurate delivery time can be estimated but in most metropolitan area it will be within a week.

Warranty

What is the warranty of Degrii Zima Pro?

We stand behind our products & services with confidence. Degrii Zima Pro is covered under a 2-year limited warranty for the machine (Pump, motors and the battery) and a 1-year limited warranty for consumable parts (track, brush and filter baskets). Please note that the warranty period complies with the applicable consumer laws required by the consumer’s country of purchase.
